European Projects
Despite the long history of mining in Europe, successful exploration and development of mineral deposits has accelerated in recent years. New deposits have been discovered due to changes in exploration technology and to fresh concepts of the genesis and controls of mineralisation. Known deposits have also been brought into production through advances in mineral processing technology and economics.
